Paz has vast work experience in the hi-tech industry, working for industry leaders such as Microsoft Corporation and managing hi-tech firms.

As a person with a combination of Engineering and law (also a practicing Lawyer), Paz has been practicing law at Israel’s most prestigious law firm in the fields of rehabilitation and liquidation of companies, and founded PIWLAW firm who was ranked as one of the top 200 law firms in the world for 2014-2025 by Legals Finest and earned other international law awards.

He currently acts as the CEO & Chairman of IWC Limited, which operated the successful PatentsFund.com. Previously, he served as the chief technologist of a large intelligence center for the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), on Israel’s elite technological unit (8200). His academic background includes Computer Science (B.A) studies at The Open University, Law (LLB) degree from Tel-Aviv University and several computers and engineering professional publications he authored.

He is a respected member of various international organizations such as IEEE (Senior Member), ISACA and the Israel-Britain Chamber of Commerce [management and board member], and speaks English, Hebrew, Japanese, German and Arabic.

Paz is also a member of The Israel Bar Association, the American Bar Association (ABA – International Law Associate) and The Law Society of England and Wales (International Division), with involvement in advising start-up companies and more mature companies aimed for IPO or M&A transactions.
