Kore Genetics – Genetic Breeding and Cultivation Consulting of Cannabis Strains

Kore Genetics (KG) has a team of executives each of whom offer unique and significant capabilities in their
respective areas that include molecular biology, agriculture (including Cannabis cultivation), pharmaceuticals,
nutraceuticals, operations, branding, marketing, and finance, all of which will enable KG to provide highly
targeted and effective services for genetic breeding and cultivation.
Current sales are at $10.7 Million for the year, with a projected $47 Million for 2020.

Kore Genetics (established in 2019) is a molecular breeding and cultivation company that provides (B2B) its
customers with market leading, stable, unique and high-quality strains for Cannabis and Hemp. These products
serve both recreational and medical markets, along with the cultivation management services to maximize the
output of each strain based on its genetic potential. This improves strains in both Cannabis and hemp to create F1
hybrid varietals. This IP will establish Kore Genetics as the industry leader for high quality strains and seeds.
With a foundation of over 200 high quality Cannabis and Hemp strains, Kore Genetics (KG) will utilize its team’s
extensive proven expertise and know-how in traditional plant breeding with molecular plant breeding to optimize
existing strains as well as development of new strains. The company’s goal is to offer its customers high
performance stable strains for the production of uniform seeds and seedlings with consistent chemical profiles,
leading to yield increases of more than 20%. While developing its own brand, KG will also work through genetic
services contracts with third parties to improve their strains as well as utilize those optimized strains to create
new hybrid strains based on heterotic crossing blocks from two purified parental high-performance lines with
defined chemical profiles. KG will also offer cultivation management services independently as well as jointly with the genetic services. When taken together, customers will not only have higher performance strains from the
genetic services, but the cultivation management services will ensure maximum benefit from the genetic
potential of each optimized strain.
Cannabis and hemp strains are unstable and plagued by undesirable traits. Cannabis requires clonal propagation
(labor intensive – not automated). Hemp – seed required due to the much larger production scale (acres instead
of square feet / meters). Genetic instability causes significant variability in crop performance within each crop
cycle and more so over multiple crop cycles. Prohibition prevented advanced technologies and expert plant
breeders, so undesirable traits are common, in addition to genetic instability. Through molecular breeding, KG
will domesticate Cannabis and Hemp offering optimized strains and new strains that are genetically stable, and
maximize beneficial traits for both the recreational, nutraceutical, and medical markets. KG will produce strains
with unique and consistent chemical profiles providing health benefits serving as a foundation for countless
Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API’s). As cultivation practices and methods are critical for enabling strains to
achieve their full potential, KG will also offer cultivation management services as well.
In North America and globally, given recent legalization, the Cannabis and hemp markets are full of start-ups and
young companies that are struggling to figure out how to manage their genetic resources as well as how to
manage cultivation. As per a recent Seeking Alpha article (May 29, 2019), the bulk of Cannabis companies
continue to lose money.1
That market trend combined with the market size (see below) result in an enormous
number of such companies seeking help to improve their operations and genetic resources.
KG principals already have received requests for genetic services and cultivation management services
from many potential customers with significant funding in the US, Canada, and Europe. Opportunities exist in
other regions as well. Accordingly, KG will have to prioritize those companies who are willing to pay the most for
the services as well as offer sufficient longevity to ensure confidence that contracts are likely to last for 2 to 5
years.
Ease of operations scale-up is based on KGs core group of experts and associates that will travel to project sites
for project initiation combined with hiring local cultivation and genetics staff members whom will undergo KG
training to expand capabilities as KG takes on more and more contracts / customers.

manage cultivation. As per a recent Seeking Alpha article (May 29, 2019), the bulk of Cannabis companies
continue to lose money. That market trend combined with the market size (see below) result in an enormous
number of such companies seeking help to improve their operations and genetic resources. The Cannabis market
was valued at USD 14.5 billion in 2018, and it is projected to reach 89.1 billion by 2024, with a CAGR of 37%
during the forecast period.2
The growth rate can be attributed to the fact that various countries are now
legalizing the usage of Cannabis for medical purposes and various states in the US are legalizing the usage
of Cannabis for recreational purposes as well. North America accounts for more than 95% of the Cannabis market, with the US alone making up more than 90% share of the North American market.
